Sonnen: Bisping is arrogant and brash, I like that
At last
week's training Mark Munoz received a severe blow in his hand and his elbow is
fully dislocated causing serious injury that Filipino now has to undergo
surgery.This automaticly meant an alarm for Day White and Joe Silva, who could
not count on his services to the UFC on FOX 2 event which is scheduled for ten
days. Instead, in a match against Sonnen burst British Michael Bisping.
Two large trash talker will finally be found on opposite sides of the cage. What Sonnen think about a new opponent and will this interfere with his planned tactics so far?
- "I
have never had tactics. I really do not know what that means. I heard a couple
of times this term, especially in boxing. I heard some talk about a plan to
come into the match with or something like that. I do not have. I never had,
nor do I know what it is. So I could not care less and I do not care for
tactics. I focus on myself and not bother to whom I fight. "
Unlike many
people who do not like Bisping, Sonnen says that Bisping because of his
otherwise annoying features, is just interesting.
- "He is
definitely a little conceited, arrogant and brash. These are the qualities that
I like in a person. I love ridged characters so he made a few points for me.
But, I think that most people do not like this feature, "said Sonnen,
and eventually discovers what plans to do in this match ....
- "If
some opportunities open, great. If it does not open, I will adapt to that. I am
a very awkward fighter in the cage. I am the best fighter in the world. The
reason is that I can be adapt to all, "says Sonnen.
